COLOR VARIATIONS
Each piece is hand glazed creating differences from mug to mug. How glaze reacts in a kiln is beautifully unpredictable, with brighter and darker hues. Please expect variations in color.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All items are final sale. We do not accept returns. In the unlikely event that an item breaks on it's way to a customer we require the customer inform us of the breakage by sending photos of the item, and the inside & outside of the packaging. The customer will receive a store credit for the broken item's value or a repacement of the same item purchased.
CARING FOR YOUR CERAMICS
Your ceramics are designed to be safe in the dishwasher. We recommend washing them by hand when possible, as dishwashers can be hard on the glazed finish of your piece.
